WHY CREATE A CASE VS A SOFT BAG OR A BUCKET?
We feel there are many more benefits from carrying your emergency equipment in a hard case versus a soft bag. We chose a hard case because, although a bag may come with pack straps, we want everyone to be able to access and carry their emergency equipment. Buckets have an uncomfortable one wire handle to carry equipment. We also took into account that not everyone can carry 20 to 30 pounds of equipment on their back. It takes a bit longer but it really preserves the flavor and nutrition, and is more affordable than freeze-dried food, which can be expensive. Our food doesn’t make you feel thirsty after eating and the simple packaging allows for quick and easy accessibility. Our food bars are guaranteed to taste just as great 5 years from now as it does today and so do our ready to eat sandwiches for 3 years. Our food bars are also Kosher and Halal.
