Winter Storm Jaxon starts today in the West of the US: hitting parts of California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming.

Heavy, wind-driven snow is expected tomorrow from Winter Storm Jaxon. Starting from the west, Jaxon will move into parts of the Plains, Upper Midwest, New York, and New England areas. There’s a big chance of at least 6 inches of snow covering parts of Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan before the end of the weekend, blizzard conditions could be possible in the Plains and Midwest.

The Northeast can expect to pull in at least 1 foot of snow as Jaxon’s conditions continue through early next week. Take caution on the roads as difficult travel is expected across the West and ice covered roads in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
